Hiding From The Sun

about

HFTS is a song about the awareness of oneself actively pulling away from positivity despite doing lots of things to brighten the day up - walking, nature, gratitude for people. We are so bogged down in conflict and poisonous activities and media. It is almost a full time job to brace oneself against the overwhelming feeling of the western world and attempt to have sovereignty over your own mood and well being. It's especially hard when you deal with depression like I do. Why am I always hiding from the sun? We have to try to try to let in the light.
